Coach
I started as a cross-country and track runner, and running will always be something I love. But over time, I realized I was missing strength and the feeling of being part of a competitive environment. About two years ago, I joined a friend for a CrossFit workout, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
Since then, I’ve become the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been. More importantly, I’ve found a community that pushes me, encourages me, and genuinely knows me. That’s what keeps me coming back. As a coach, I want to give that same experience to my athletes by helping them push past limits, celebrate growth, and invest in their lives inside and outside the gym.
Cardiovascular disease and diabetes run in my family, and I’ve seen firsthand how they limit the people I love. The fatigue, the medications, the constant battles with health, I knew I didn’t want to fall into the same cycles. I realized my enemy wasn’t just genetics, it was complacency. If I didn’t choose to act differently, I’d be choosing the same path.
CrossFit gave me the tools to fight back. I’ve learned that when you fuel your body with whole foods, move daily, and build strength, you’re not just working out, you’re rewriting your future. Now, as a coach, I want to help others realize they don’t have to be defined by their past or their family history. We all have the ability to change the trajectories of our lives and set ourselves up for lifelong health, not just ourselves, but the people we love!
My purpose for coaching is to partner with people to take control of their health and realize they are capable of more than they think. I’m especially impassioned to serve people who feel stuck or intimidated by fitness because I know what it’s like to want change but not know where to start.
Coaching lets me walk alongside athletes, push them toward growth, and celebrate victories that go far beyond the gym. My motivation comes from seeing how small daily choices can prevent the struggles I’ve seen in my own family and create lasting strength, confidence, and health.
